Children from Alehousewells Primary are escorted by qualified staff members to and from the club.

For safety reasons parents must provide the names of any person who is to collect their child, including 'one-off' arrangements. Children will only be released to these named persons.
We also ask that parents inform the club of any person who must not have access to the child- this information will be treated with the strictest confidence.
Children must be signed out, and must be collected by 18:00.
Late collection will result in a £5 charge per late pick up and may result in the loss of the child's place.

Behaviour Policy
Children are expected to be polite to staff members and other children. The club recognises that children respond well to praise, a welcoming environment and friendly relationships with staff members. Disruptive behaviour can occur and will be dealt with by staff members. Parents will be consulted at an early stage and will be invited to work together to sort out discipline problems. Bullying will not be tolerated. Children are expected to look after the club's equipment.

Bookings and Cancellations Policy
Booking forms will be made available on a monthly basis to be completed and submitted by 24th of each month for the following month. Failure to return these forms means no booking has been made.

Should your child be absent for a pre-booked session full fees will still be charged.

If a child is off school through sickness and the club is notified, independently of the school, before start of the session booked, the cancellation will not be charged.

It is not the responsibility of the school to inform the club of pupil sickness or absence.

Booked holiday club and in-service sessions will be charged for no matter the circumstances.

In the event of any complaint please notify a staff member who will try to resolve the complaint as swiftly as possible.
